Apidewa Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Member Eligibility

The apidewa platform is open only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. apidewa reserves the right to verify any member's eligibility at any time and to take appropriate action if eligibility requirements are not met.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. apidewa may request age verification documents at any time, and your account will be suspended until verification is complete.
• You must be an individual registering for your own personal use — not on behalf of any third party, company, or other organisation.
• You must not appear on any list of individuals prohibited or restricted from using online gambling services.
• You must be acting in your own personal capacity and not in any professional capacity as a trader, broker, or agent.
• Apidewa reserves the right to decline any registration application from any individual without being required to provide a reason.

2. Account & Registration

Every apidewa member is required to maintain one account only. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

2.1 Account Registration

• You are required to provide your full legal name, a valid Malaysian phone number, and a password when registering.
• The phone number registered to your account will be used for SMS verification and important communications from apidewa.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account information is kept up to date — particularly your phone number and payment account details.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity is a serious violation that may result in legal action.

2.2 Account Security

• You are solely responsible for keeping your apidewa account password confidential. Do not share your password with anyone.
• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether carried out by you or by any third party who gains access to it.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact the apidewa support team immediately.
• Apidewa is not liable for any financial losses resulting from unauthorised use of an account due to a member's own negligence.

2.3 Multiple Account Prohibition

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active apidewa account. If apidewa determines that an individual holds more than one account — whether under the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method — apidewa reserves the right to close all such accounts, forfeit all balances and bonuses, and void all pending winnings without any compensation.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal

All financial transactions on the apidewa platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). apidewa does not accept or process any foreign currency.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the apidewa finance team.
• Apidewa reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This is a standard procedure to prevent money laundering and ensure the security of your account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallets and between 15 minutes and 2 hours for bank transfers via FPX.
• Withdrawals involving a bonus balance that has not yet met the rollover requirements will not be permitted until the rollover has been completed.
• Apidewa reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

Apidewa offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and rollover requirements. It is each member's responsibility to read the bonus terms before claiming any offer.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Rollover requirements are expressed as a multiple of the total deposit plus bonus amount — for example, a 20x rollover on a MYR 100 bonus means you must wager MYR 2,000 before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games contribute equally towards rollover requirements — live casino typically contributes 100%, while certain games may contribute less or not at all.
• Any bonus not used within its specified validity period will automatically expire and be forfeited.
• Apidewa reserves the right to withdraw bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus system abuse or the use of strategies that undermine the integrity of a promotion.

4.2 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

Apidewa takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Colluding with other members to hedge risk or artificially fulfil rollover requirements.
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to meet rollover requirements at minimum risk, with no genuine intent to play.
• Registering with false information or using another person's identity to claim a new bonus.

5. Game Rules

All games offered on the apidewa platform are conducted in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those game rules.

• All game results are final once announced by the system or dealer. apidewa does not accept appeals regarding completed game results, except in cases of verifiable technical failure.
• In the event of a technical failure or system disruption that affects game outcomes, apidewa reserves the right to void the affected game and refund the bet amount to the member's account.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Apidewa reserves the right to limit or decline bets from any member without providing a reason, particularly where there is suspicion of unfair activity.
• All digital games on apidewa use a Random Number Generator (RNG) engine that has been certified by independent testing bodies. Every outcome is entirely random and is not influenced by any previous results.

5.1 Sports Betting Specific Terms

For the Sports Betting section — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, Champions League, and other sporting events — the following additional terms apply:

• All confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except under conditions specified by the odds provider.
• Apidewa reserves the right to void bets on any market if the relevant event is postponed, cancelled, or played under conditions that differ from those originally expected.
• Bets placed on matches whose outcomes are already known (match fixing or insider information) will be voided and the relevant account may be closed.

6. Account Closure

An apidewa account may be closed either at the member's own request or by apidewa under certain circumstances.

6.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your apidewa account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method once all bonus rollover requirements have been met.

6.2 Closure by apidewa

Apidewa reserves the right to close or suspend any member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Use of multiple accounts or bonus abuse.
• Use of software or methods that provide an unfair advantage in any game.
• Actions that compromise the integrity of the platform or the experience of other members.
• There is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Apidewa is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Apidewa is not liable for any losses arising from fair and valid game outcomes generated by a certified RNG system or a professional live dealer.
• Apidewa does not guarantee that use of the platform will be free from interruptions or errors at all times.

10. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

Apidewa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the apidewa website.

• For material and significant amendments, apidewa will endeavour to notify members via in-platform notifications or email.
• Continued use of the apidewa platform after any amendments are published will be considered acceptance of those amendments.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the use of the apidewa platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

• Any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation may be referred to a mutually agreed arbitration procedure.
• If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while the remainder of the Terms & Conditions continues in full force and effect.
• Apidewa's failure to enforce any right under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of that right.
